How to use?
For Jajangmyeon (Korean Black Bean Noodles):
- Ingredients:
- Wang Roasted Black Bean Paste
- Noodles (Jajangmyeon or udon)
- Pork or beef (optional)
- Vegetables (such as zucchini, onion, and potato)
- Water or stock
- Sugar (optional)
- Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork or beef (if using) and cook until browned.
- Add chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté until softened.
- Stir in Wang Roasted Black Bean Paste and a little water or stock. Simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add a small amount of sugar to balance the bitterness if desired.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and place them on a serving dish.
- Pour the black bean sauce over the noodles, mix well, and serve hot.
For Stir-Fries:
- Use 1-2 tablespoons of the roasted black bean paste as a base for stir-fries.

- Add a little water or stock to create a sauce and simmer until it thickens.
