Green Tea Wheat Noodles are thin, square noodles made from wheat flour and green tea powder from Jeju Island.

Desempo wheat noodles with green tea are kneaded by hand and matured for 16 hours to ensure a nice and chewy texture. They are dried through the hot air convection drying method, very similar to a natural drying environment, which ensures that the green tea noodles are dried evenly. Drying the noodles in this way means that our Green Tea Wheat Noodles do not easily become mushy or soggy.
